Returns
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. At this time, we have a No Return Policy.
Refund
All sales are final. Once products have been shipped, we cannot provide refunds.
We do not offer refunds except in special circumstances deemed appropriate for refund by From Jamaica with Love. All and any considerations of refunds is at the discretion of the From Jamaica with Love Team and Staff.
From Jamaica with Love reserves the right to refuse, decline or reject refund requests at our discretion.
Any requests for refunds should be made via email at contactus@jamaicawithlove.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s), else the refund request will be automatically denied. The request should include your order number and photos of the product.
